True? BHO Disqualified for FBI or Secret Service Because of Past Associations with William Ayers

Can this be true?

If Barack Obama would apply for a job with the FBI or with the Secret Service, he would be disqualified because of his past association with William Ayers, a known terrorist.

If he is elected President, he would not qualify to be his own body guard!

I have received many emails addressing this subject. Does anybody know if this is true or not?  What of Mr. Obama’s serving in the senate? Are there more rigorous demands for FBI agents and presidential body guards than for US Senators and for the US President?

According to one talk radio guy, Mike McConnell, such an association does not disqualify him from FBI, or Secret Service, according to their own list of “disqualifying points”. However, beyond the application is a series of interviews and other tests to go through, and is ultimately up to those in charge of hiring as to whether or not he can go forth within said oranizations.

“The issue is what is Obama’s relationship with him in his adult life,” Riley said. “If he didn’t have one, other than they sat on a board and maybe had the same political causes, that’s not enough to deny a fellow a clearance.” I’ve heard John McCain and talkshow hosts say he launched his Senate bid in Ayers front room. If this is true, that’s not just “serving on a board together”, but that’s a pretty close relationship with a radical wacko with a warped view of America, and certainly not a view of America you’d want near the White House.

Absolutely there are more rigorous standards. All you need to do in order to be a senator is convince enough voters to go to the polls for you. No background check required.

As to the voracity of this story I can not say.
