Amazing photographs of rainbow

I thought I'd seen my share of amazing rainbow photographs until I saw this one.

Majestic and unspeakably grand, the rainbow is at once a source of beauty and of mystery. Merely by His Word, or perhaps with a wave of Spirit Hand, God set them.

AND GOD SAID:

"This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

I do set my bow in the cloud…and it shall come to pass…that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

And I will remember my covenant…and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh."

Simply AMAZING!

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. (Romans 1:20)

Praise the Lord for His beautiful creation. Thanks, Shirley.

Shirley– to make a picture your background pic, just right click over the picture you want and select “Set as Background.” That’s how you can do it if you are on a pc… if you have a mac then I’m not sure.

Wow! Those photos are incredible! No matter how many rainbows I have seen in my 44 years of life, I STILL get a jump in my heart when I see one. It’s like a message from God saying, “I’m here, I see you, I’m still in control, and everything is going to be alright.”

First of all, thank you very much for your comment Shirley.

Yes, it is a real shame that violence in the media has darkened society.

I love watching horror movies, reading Stephen King and enjoy playing ‘violent’ games – yet I would easily give them all up to make the world a better place. Maybe in time I will.

The internet hasn’t really helped either. At the same time, without the internet I wouldn’t have been directed to your beautiful writings.

Those are some amazing photographs. I was raised as a Roman Catholic and although I may have drifted from my religious beliefs over the past few years – I do believe in God. I always have a smile on my face whenever I view a rainbow.

A rainbow is also good imagery for the way I look at the world. With so much violence about, there is always good to be found. When it’s raining, there is always a rainbow to be found.

Since I’m in Scotland, we do get a lot of rain; but I’m always looking out for a rainbow in the sky!

Regards (and please excuse my long comment!),
Paul
